JLG Solutions LLP’s KinLert operates in compliance with the Kenyan Data Protection Act 2019 and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Subject: Individual whose data is collected or processed
DATA PROTECTION
KinLert stores personal and sensitive data on behalf of its Partners, who are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
All data stored within KinLert remains exclusively accessible to the Partner who collected it. Partners are responsible for managing and safeguarding this data in accordance with the DPA.
Personal data shall only be collected and stored on KinLert after explicit consent has been obtained from the data subject.
KinLert implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that all stored data is secured in line with both DPA and GDPR requirements. KinLert shall not process or use stored data unless legally permitted under applicable law.
LIABILITY
KinLert shall not be held liable for any data breaches, loss, or misuse of data resulting from actions, negligence, or omissions of its Partners or their authorized representatives.
